SUBSTITUTE TEACHING /SUPPORT:

There is a packet that you must get at the Central Office at 100 HH Robison in Wetumpka in Human Resources or with the Receptionist.  In that packet it states you will need the following:

  1. Official TB test results

  2. $30.00 Money Order payable to State Department of Education. This is for your License which covers a five year period. 

  3.  Driver's License

  4. Social Security Card.  It must be your SS card; it cannot be anything with your number on it.

  5. Proof of Graduation  

  6. Background Check - See www.cogentid.com/alabama for fingerprinting.  (Bring your receipt.)

Make appointment to see Jean Czerpak in Personnel when you have packet complete.  If questions, call 567-1210.

SUBSTITUTE CNP (CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM)/CUSTODIAN / BUS DRIVERS:

There is a packet that you can get at the Central Office at 100 HH Robison in Wetumpka in Human Resources or with the Receptionist.  In that packet it states you will need the following:

  1. Official TB test results

  2. Driver's License (Bus drivers must have CDL License with PS endorsement.)

  3. Social Security Card.  It must be your SS card; it cannot be anything with your number on it.

  4. Background Check - See www.cogentid.com/alabama for fingerprinting. (Bring your receipt.)

 For CNP (Child Nutrition Program/Lunchroom), you must take a CNP test.

The pay for Substitute Teacher is $55.00 per day and Substitute Support Worker is $51.00 per day.
