DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR—Our afternoon program is designed to give children an opportunity to relax after a busy day of school. They are provided a snack every afternoon. We have a 45 minute homework time allotted for children whose parents would like them to start their homework at the center. Help is available when needed. Many arts, crafts, and games are planned throughout the week. Special activities are offered throughout the year. Our students also have an opportunity to participate in programs through the Elmore County Extension Office.
