Symptoms of COVID
How to Protect Yourself from COVID
As we move forward into the 2022-23 school year, we will no longer be notifying staff and students of exposure to positive Covid cases. Home tests are readily available, and not every student's family may be forthcoming with a positive test. If the school has been notified of a positive Covid case, the nursing staff will recommend the latest CDC and ADPH guidelines which currently include a five-day quarantine and a five-day period of masking post symptoms or tests. We will, however, not be requiring or discouraging the use of masks at any time. There will no longer be any need to collect the names of those affected or exposed. These guidelines may change at any time if there is an increase in positive cases of Covid.
More school-related info from ADPH can be found at the following link: 2022 Covid Guidelines.
Additional information can be located at this site.
Additional info can be located at the CDC.
